my boobs hurt. i think my ducts are clogged. they are tingling. what to do? baby is fed and full now.

  • When I had this problem I would hand-express just enough to get relief but NOT enough to empty the breast because that tells your brain it needs to keep creating that much.

  • express milk in the shower, feel around for lumps. if there are lumps, massage them towards the nipple to try to get them unplugged.

  • sorry, typing w/1 hand.

    anyways baby is 3 months, ebf. she had a recent growth spurt and i nursed like crazy. but now she isn't eating as much and my boobs are hurting. i guess a hot shower will work.
