Poop - TMI (sorry) adult content

So I used the same formula with my now 14 month old that I am using on my now 6 week old and I was just wondering, does the color of their poop indicate anything. Lyla (newborn) is awfully colicy, her poo is a mixture of the mustardy seedy type with a green pasty type, with Viv (14 mo. old) hers was always the mustardy seedy type that it's supposed to be. Does that mean that the colic could be causeing the difference. UGH, can't they all just be the same, lol
