I really dislike the BMI scale because it doesn't take into consideration a persons body frame. I do not have a LARGE frame, but I am in no way TINY. My height is 5'4-1/2". What would a good weight for me be...REALISTICALLY? I don't want to be supermodel thin, but I want to be healthy.

thick is best nobody wants to be a bag of bones...keep it thick and what makes you YOU and comfortable
