  • You need to figure out when you are ovulating. Start charting. Body temp will tell you if you ovulated, cervical position and mucous will tell you if you are fertile. If you are having problems with either, the charts will help your doctor out in what actions to take.

  • u dont need a dr to chart. first start writing down the exact day u start and end ur period, usally ovulation is 12-14 days after ur period. once u start watching ull notice things, like cramping on the side ur ovulating ,more or less mucus..i charted for about 4months before i had it figured out and it still took six months more for me to get pregnant, chartings also handy so whe u do get prego u have definant dates and stuff. also i new i was prego week before my expected peroid thanks to charting. also body temp rises when ovulating,u can google charting for exact ways..

  • I had a IUD for about 4 1/2 years and I got pregnant 3 months after having it removed. You just need to STOP stressing out about it and stop thinking about it. It will help trust me! Stress is NOT something you want when your trying to get pregnant!
Once you stop thinking about it, and you start to enjoy sex and when your done having sex and not thinking about when you can take a HPT you will get pregnant!
Just keep track of everything. Maybe you should try a ovulation kit. Good luck!

  • i don't mean to be too forward or sound stupid but don't have sex all the time. many ppl think that is how you get pregnant but it is not. actually the less you have sex the more potent the sperm and the more you are likely to get preggo. in addition, take prenatal vitamins before getting pregnant so that your body is aware of what you are doing and will be able to care for baby even before you know. try to eliminate strress as much as possible too because that can have a huge impact on conception. if you need any more info i would be glad to help you......

  • we dont have sex all the time. in fact he just left and went to mississippi to work and it has been about a week and a half since we have done anything. we tried the every other day thing and b4 that every day then just when we had time cuz our schedules are hectic. i go to school from 7-1:30 then straight from school to work fron 2-9. he was not working and just left tuesday afternoon. he might be back this weekend or next but we dont know for sure bcuz his boss hasnot told him alot about the job.

  • All the answers above are great answers. The charting is great. Try www.babycenter.com for charting assistance. And YES relax; don't stress about it. It took a year for us to conceive. I was very discouraged and was getting ready to ask my OBGYN about assistance with fertility. I had basically given up and was tired of trying. Once we stopped really trying and didn't think about it all the time, it happened.
