What's the best way to warm-up breastmilk?

I know they say to set it in warm water for 30 seconds but this doesn't seem to work to well. Does anyone know any other ways? Thank you. :)

  • You could try a bottle warmer. I know you said you tried warm water but you could try using hot water and put the bottle in a bowl and let the water keep running until it is warm enough to give to the baby. Just make sure you check to make sure it isn't to hot before you feed your baby.

  • Set in warm water for as long as it takes.

A bottle warmer is also fine. Better yet...you nurse. Let somebody else worry about bottles. **grin**

    Whatever you do...NO MICROWAVING EVER.
