can you get a false positive if you have sex the night before you take a home pregnancy test?

I am going to take a pregnancy test with my first morning urine. If I do that, but I have sex tonight with DH can it give me a false positive?

  • Nope. Sperm will not affect the amount of the HCG hormone in your body.

  • NO...There is a hormone that causes the test to be positive when you are preg. you ONLY have that hormone IF you are preg. haveing sex the night befoe has NOTHING to do with it.

  • thanks ladies lol I thought it was a stupid question, but really I didn't know because I didn't know from the sperm being inside me that some might come out on the test and test positive you know what I am trying to say? LOL
