  • Better in that more homes are selling, worse in that the prices are up and interest rates are up too.

  • Hopefully better. That is what I have heard on different news shows. I shudder to think if it gets worse.

  • It depends where you live. California and Florida will never see falsely- inflated prices again. Where I live, the market never went bad and prices held steady. Only new building slowed. With all the sprawl, that's a GREAT thing.

  • Better than now but not to the levels we saw a few years ago. I think the growth will be 'strong and real';, not the fake, inflated growth of years past.

  • I think it will be a little bit better gradually, but we will never see home prices suddenly inflated as we did about 5-10 years ago. That was unreal.
My greatest concern is for those people who are still facing foreclosure and for those of us who have seen our homes decline in value as a result of the foreclosures in our areas.

  • Depends on where you live. The housing market is doing so well where I live that you're waiting over 2 months to get an inspection when you try and buy a house. Most homes under $150,000 don't stay on the market for more than a couple weeks.

  • Better but not by a large amount.

  • Yes Definitely. It can do nothing but come back.

  • I think about the same.
