What to serve at a 2 year olds Birthday party for cheap?

My DD's 2nd B-day is coming up in about 3 weeks and I need cheap dinner ideas for about 15 people.

  • Baked pasta dishes are cheap and go a long way. Make a baked ziti, a simple salad and a grab a loaf of Italian bread. If you want to go even further get one of those huge packages of ground beef from Sam's club and make meatballs to go with it... We don't cater to the kids in our house, they eat what every one else is eating cause it makes our lives easier.

  • Hot dogs and baked beans w/ chips
Subs....I just found a "sub kit" at Sams club for $6.00 that will fix 16 6 inch turk/ham subs...just add the rolls, cheese, lettuce and tomato and you can do it all for under $15

  • You could make a big pot of chili or something for the adults, and do chicken nuggets, little cocktail wienies or something along those lines for the kiddos.

  • Rigatoni 4 the kids & maybe a sandwich ring 4 the adults aren't usually real expensive & go over pretty well.
