Any moms have any really good advice on going though menapause?

I believe its starting im 47 and periods are becoming irregular, havent had for 3 months this last time..believe im starting hot flashes, I really want to go the natural route.Would love advice and ideas..thankssss

  • Since you want to try the natural route you could try soy isoflavones, red clover or black cohosh. Some studies have also found that omega 3 fatty acids (fish oils) with a daily dose of 1000 units of EPA (one of the fish oil ingredients) had a 50% decrease in menopausal symptoms in 2 months.
