picking ss up 2day help!!!!!

They are twins and one of them never wants to come n he'll throw a huge tantrum biting, hitting, N kicking inside my car windows should we force him to come or let his bm to deal with him (he's 6yr old)????

  • I personally would be hesitant to take a child that distraught. Don't want the kid to associate visits with that kind of emotional trauma. but on the other hand, if he's not REALLY upset and just trying to control the situation, I probably would make him go, just so he wouldn't think he just has to throw a fit to get his way. So bottom line.... is he REALLLY upset about leaving his mom, or just being an asshole?

  • He doesn't want to come over because we have rules at home ex. no eating or drinking in rooms just dining table clean up after themselves after day unwinds that goes for all my kids as well we don't tolerate them misbehaving we are not a spanking household we do time outs and take away TV games toys etc etc and his bm let them do as they please we've experience it 1st hand at Walmart we bumped into her and thet twins were running wild on her my hubby had to go talk to them and settle them down for her

  • We had full custody of them since they were 2 just this year in may the judge granted her custody due to older teenage boys wanting to move in her since they can go and come as they please with her
