US Christian Zionists have consistently used their considerable political clout to attempt to block any negotiated settlement between Palestinians and Israelis that could lead to a just peace.

Agree or disagree? Why or why not?

  • I agree.

AIPAC and it's ilk have far far too much say and sway in our government and it's doings.

  • Disagree. Seems to me that the road block exists between the Palestinians and Israelis. Both struggle for recognition, but are unwilling to recognize the others right to exist.

  • Disagree, unrest between the two is an age-old problem, not something created by US Christian Zionists.

  • Disagree because it is not true. Why would  U.S. Christians/Zionist not want peace in the middle east?

U.S president from Truman to the presant have tried to bring peace to the middle east.

  • Natesmom507... because they want Israel to have that land not Palestine because that ushers in the second coming of Jesus, that's why.

  • They don't want peace...that would involve compromise. Both Israel and Palestine want the other to fully submit. This has been going on longer than "US Christian Zionists" have been in existence. (BTW, that term is just as offensive as me calling your group "new world order conspirators")If we've learned anything from our wars in Vietnam and the middle east, it's that we can't MAKE people get along and share land. Those people have to extend their hands to each other...US and UN guilt trips won't cut it.
