I drain it and rinse off the excess fat with hot water then return it to the pan

  • I have done both. Rinsing it will definately get more of the fat off.

  • Once you see how much fat is still in the meat you will always want to rinse but then again people say rinsing ruins the flavor

  • Don't do none of those things. rinsing takes the flavor of the beef away.
