How do you deal with stress?

To relax I try to read or crochet. Or take a bubble bath after I go for a walk. Sometimes I do all these things in the same day as I seem to get stressed very easily these days. If I do not find an outlet I end up being the wicked witch of the Ford household.

  • i prefer more aggressive outlets. if my joints could take it, i would run...but it is the elliptical for me!

  • I sleep, or read. Escaping to another place is a really easy way to runaway from your problem. Very quickly. I know I need to do more than that, but some days it's hard to hold up your head.

  • I take my dog for a walk, listen to my ipod or read. I'm ALWAYS stressed though ;)
