  • i feel ugly at times, so i fix myself up, even if im just going to visit a family member or doing nothing special, i get compliments from them, then i start to feel pretty

  • go get your nails done& a pedicure!! get your ends trimmed its cheaper and it can be like a new hair cut!! with out the major cut!!

  • Start the day with your juice in a martini glass, do all of those things for yourself that make you feel pretty...the mud mask, take extra time with your hair, make up, and your favorite outfit that makes you feel sexy, even if you're just going to the grocery store. Every time that tape runs in your head of anything negative, be conscious of it and replace it with something positive that you like about yourself. EXERCISE! The endorphins you get from working out will make you feel better about life in general.
