How many days in advance would you bake cupcakes for a birthday party. My sons party is at 1 this coming Sunday (2 days away). But my weekend is packed full and I dont want to rush making them. Could I bake them today and frost them before the party on sunday and they still be soft and moist??

  • Bake them today and freeze them. They are easier to frost frozen and will thaw in a matter of a few hours so once you frost them stick them in the fridge. Pull them out a few hours before the party to ensure they are all the way thawed. I do this every year! lol.

  • You could probably bake them today and just put them in the frig. Just take them out about 1 hour before you ice them or till they get room temp Happy B-day to your son!!
