is there such a thing as...

having high detectiable hCG for your first pregnancy then with your second have very very low hCG in your urine?

  • its different with eachpregnancy just cause you have high numbers on the first doesnt mean it will be on the seond and same other way around you could have low on the first but high with the second each pregnancy is diff

  • fyi hcg CAN NOT tell you how far along you are the numbers vary way to much one numer could stand in fo many weeks i know like 17000 can be from like 5 weeks to 13 so hcg cant tell you how far you are

  • well the reason y i asked was because w/ my number one i tested 3 days b4 my period it was a faint line but it still detected, this go around im a week late and no detection of hCG.

  • well if you had a fainrt line d say yes but if none showed in a blood test then probably not it may had been a false positive but id get checked again

  • if your only talking about hpt its possible you miscalculated dates or all kinds of stuff. Wait a couple days do another and if its still neg call the doc and see what they say
