A Weekend of Her Own?

We all know every woman needs A Room of Her Own....(alas I don't have that!) but how about a night or a weekend away of her own? Where within a couple hours drive and a couple hundred bucks max would you go own on your own to recharge, refresh, find yourself?

  • Hmm...honestly I wouldn't. I don't want a weekend of my own (and DH and I haven't had a vacation in 4 years, so I would like it to be with him when are able to have another), LOL. But for someone who does, sounds like a good idea.

  • You could go camping! I know of a place not far from where you live.

  • I guess I'm not at that stage where I need a weekend alone. I enjoy being around my family as well as other people. Maybe just go to a movie by yourself if you need a break from everyone..... just an idea....

  • Well, I think a weekend alone would make me sad... However a weekend with my girlfriends or with my mom would be cool! I like to scrapbook, and there are cabins around here where groups can rent a whole weekend and crop together! I've always wanted to do that!
