  • I would say Deaf, I might not be able to hear but I could see my little one. I could feel their vibrations and still be able to communicate.

  • i would choose deaf. I may never hear my child but we could still communicate. I think it would have a greater impact on me if i were never able to see my baby.

  • I guess deaf. baby monitors have lights, I could still communicate with sign language, I'd be able to see my child. I'd miss the simple things like hearing the birds first thing in the morning, but at least I could see the morning!

  • i say deaf to never hear my baby

Answer by jessica7077 at 2:15 PM on Sep. 24, 2010

  • I want to say I'd rather be blind than deaf because I would need my hearing to hear my baby when she's crying. But the more I think about it, I couldn't go without seeing my baby or my husband. So I'll choose deaf.
