i know i can take robutussin (SP) but what else can i do my throat feels like it was grated.... soup only made it better for 5 min after i was done... and nothing else works to make it feel better!
i am 6 months
I would advise lots and lots of tea. You can make an induction of: 1 cup water, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, and 1 - 2 tablespoons honey This will soothe your throat sooooo well. You can also try to drink any other kind of tea, spearmint is good because it's naturally effervescent which helps with other side effects of the common cold. I wish you the best!

Tylenol, halls and chloraseptic spray should help some --- sip at some hot tea with a little lemon? There really aren't a lot of approved medicines - you mostly have to ride it out. I know that stinks. If you want more info on something look at Safe fetus.com they rate nearly every medicine you can think of by FDA standards for pregnant and lactating Moms.
