  • Yes it should be fine. There are women out there that dont take them or eat healthy and their babies come out healthy. Doesn't mean you should. Don't worry about it. The pill will be more then perfect.

  • As long as you are eating the baby will be okay. You need to start eating healthy as soon as possible because the first trimester is THE MOST IMPORTANT time for development.

Your prenatal vitamins provide mineral and vitamins but they do NOT provide protien, fat, and carbs which are all necessary for proper growth of the baby. They will however, supplement what you are eating to help with nutrition.

  • Yes you do still need to eat while pregnant. Do you have any local churches that can help you get food?

  • Go to your Community Action Program. They will help you with your needs and the babies, it's called WIC. Good luck hon.

  • Liquid vitamins and fortified foods are better. Don't forget folic acid. But the short answer to your question is probably yes. Women carry healthy pregnancies with all kinds of diets and through all kinds of health conditions. Of course, it's best to start getting lots of vegetables, fruits, and grains as soon as you can, but don't stress. Some women go through entire pregnancies eating nothing but doritos and ice cream and they are okay. That's not something a conscientious mother like you would do, but just start eating healthy as soon as you can and don't worry. The fetus is sort of sucking the vitamins and nutrients out of you right now, so eating unhealthfully long-term could lead to pregnancy risks, but the fetus will likely be fine because it acts as a parasite to mom and takes everything it needs from you. Your baby will likely be fine.

  • Do NOT double up on vitamins!! There IS such a thing as over dosing on vitamins. That would be more dangerous than not taking them at all.
