What is the best way to get OLD red kool-aide stain out of carpet?

  • Peroxide gets most stains out of carpets. Always use cold water when blotting. Never hot! :)

  • i don't know- but be careful with peroxide, I would spot test first cuz it can bleach the color out.
    I have used oxyclean on a lot of stuff- and it seems to work pretty well.

  • It's called Sol-u-Mel and my company makes it exclusively. You could put it on and leave a wet white rag on it overnight and by morning most of it will be in the cloth. You can get the rest of it off by scrubbing some.
