  • it pretty much is......i stayed in shape by cheerleading in high school - had my first son at 18 and just had another at naturally tiny so i never really worry about it, but now im at a point where i would like to tone back up

  • try walking , even if it's just down the street at first. the next week, go twice, keep increasing. then up it with carrying 1 lb dumbbells, etc. walking is excellent, low impact, good for cardio, works your core, etc, and you can work up to whatever level you want to. if it's bad weather, go to your mall and walk!

  • Depends on your goal, if you are toning start with 12-15 reps 3 times. If its weight loss, 8 reps 3 times, and supersets. If weight loss as a woman we have to have OVER 25 minutes of cardio- our bodies do not begin burning fat til 20 minutes of cardio. Men are opposite and they burn muscle tissue after 20 minutes.
