  • Wiki explains what Burgoo is. Anderson Co Burgoo website.  It has a funny song on the site so be prepared for it. lol

  • Right now the little town we live in is having a Bluegrass Festival. Its actually pretty neat.

  • Fetivals....I live outside of New Orleans we have one every weekend. Around here you pick which one you want to go to. every school has a fair/festival, every parish(county) has at least one, and the there are music, food, craft, art, holiday,heritage, .....if you can figure out something to party about, they will have a fest for it here

  • We have the Fort Worth Stock Show, I think that's the local festival for us. Never been, so I wouldn't know.

  • we have a folk festival, a food festival and a easter parade every year. usually rains but still gets gud crowds.
