I am sooo tired how do you fight your sleepiness?

  • Change your eating habits. There are certain foods that help with your energy levels. I do know that an apple in the morning is suppose to wake you up better than orange juice or even coffee. Peanuts are also suppose to be an energy food source.

    Exercise and a good nights sleep (7 to 8 hours) also helps.

  • I get up and start moving - cleaning, playing with the kids, etc. A lot of coffee doesn't hurt either :)
