  • She should get around 10-12 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period so if she no longer takes a nap 12 hours or so after she gets up! It's kind of whatever works for your family.

  • Think it depends on your schedule ~ do they have to be up by a certain time in the morning? Mine go to bed between 8 - 9pm. Get up around 7 during the school year. But my cousin puts hers to bed around 7:15 - 7:30 but they have to be up before we do!! I always liked putting them down a little earlier and have that little bit of time to unwind before bed!!

  • Depends what time you want her up and if she still naps. My kids go to bed around 9pm and get up about 8am. The little one still naps for about 2 hours a day while the 4 yr old only naps when he has been playing REALLY hard.

  • thats really up to you as the parent, not us strangers. My boys went to bed around 8pm at that age, but they werent exactly snoring Z's a moment later. Often they wouldn't fall asleep for nearly an hour.

  • Deends on what time she got up and nap or no nap.

Mine gets up at 8 am...might take a nap on her own and she goes to bed 6 hours after a nap or, 9 pm and no nap. Thats M-F.
