If I implant 2 days before my period is due....

Will I still get my period? I felt a twinge and had brown discharge, was SURE I was implanting, then 2 days later got my period. I'm wondering if because I implanted so close ot my period, could I still be pregnant even though my period still came?

  • No. If your period came, then you are not pregnant.
Generally you ovulate and conceive 2 weeks after your period.. Not right before a period.

  • I know, but I believe I ovulate late- right before my period. And I believe I implanted the day before yesterday, maybe even yesterday. But I got my period this morning cuz it was due. So... could I still get my period since I *JUST* implanted?

  • No. You would NOT get your period if you conceived!

  • The Dr is saying that I may still have a period, but it'd be light and short.... but so far, it's not light.

  • Your period was due. You got your period. You aren't pregnant if you have a period. That's just how it is.
