1 Bump

If I implant 2 days before my period is due....

Will I still get my period? I felt a twinge and had brown discharge, was SURE I was implanting, then 2 days later got my period. I'm wondering if because I implanted so close ot my period, could I still be pregnant even though my period still came?

  • You would NOT get your period if you had conceived.

  • You can bleed while pregnant but its not your period. You dont have an actual period while you are pregnant. People call it that but that's not technically correct. If you have a period, all the lining of your uterus sheds & then there would be no place for the embryo to be attached to.

  • Well, I personally have never heard of that happening. I have always been told that if you conceived, then you would not have your cycle.

  • Also... I was wondering, how is it explained that the girls on "I didn't know I was pregnant" get their "period" throughout most of their 9 months. They said it was just like a period, regular flow, cramps, etc....
