CM and CP...?

My husband and I are TTC, and have just been using the OPK's, but I want to start charting if we don't concieve this cycle. I just think it's more accurate...anyway, that sheet I printed out says I need to record my cervical mucus and do I do this?

  • This will probably be TMI, but when you TTC everything is TMI. You can check CM by wiping there is watery, creamy (like lotion), and eggwhite (stringy, clear). To check you CP you have to go in there with you fingers.there is high, medium, and low also open or closed (cerix opening). It will probably take you a month or so checking every morning to figure out your CP. I know it sounds nasty, but it works. Also since you are doing BBT I found vaginal temps are more accurate. Hope this helped:)
