  • My friend who has had a single and twins says "No". She was just as sick with both.

  • for me not really, the only thing that really made me wonder (before i found out it was twins) was i was getting bigger sooo much faster, at 2 months i looked 4 months. the twins were my second pregnancy.

  • Yes they can be. Elavated hormone in blood, increased sickness, measuring large, increased blood flow, extreme fatigue(we're talking more than normal). My aunt had all these with multiples, my friend who had twins did not. The only way to tell for sure is an ultrasound.

  • The thing I noticed before my first ultrasound at seven weeks was I already felt pretty sick, and I had not really felt sick that early in my other pregnancies. Then I went on to have severe nausea and vomiting, which I never had with my singletons. So yeah, my twin pregnancy pretty much sucked the first 18 weeks!
