Do you know any recipes for using leftover chicken and it's broth to make potato soup?

  • Use any good recipe for potatoe soup, but use your broth for the liquid. Dice the chicken and add at the end. Soup is a add to and change meal. Your changes are what makes in special.

  • I always use chicken broth. I put it in a big soup pot with the diced up potatoes and cook them with onions. When it's almost done I put a pkg of cream cheese in it and melt it then sometimes I put some chicken in.
