Why is it when I wake up in the morning I feel just as tired as when I went to bed?

I'm tired of this. I want to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day! How do I get that?

  • hmmm there could be multiple ways. My first suggestion is if you don't already, try to get some cardio exercise in on a regular basis, that is a great way to gain energy. Or try taking a multi vitamin?

  • Have you ever been tested for sleep apnea? Feeling tired when waking up is a big sign of this.

  • I agree with the sleep apnea suggestion. Or it could be as simple as going to bed too late & just not getting enough sleep.

  • My guess would be not enough sleep, depression, and maybe even low iron?

  • I sleep between 7-8 hours a night, depression-no, low iron?-maybe.
