What is the best over the counter conditioner for hair?

  • I just posted a question on this topic a few days ago. I just bought DOVE moisturizer and its awesome for drug store. I like it way better then Pantene. It makes your hair soft, shiny and bouncy....loving it as I usually use professional products.

  • If you go to stores like jcpennies, you can buy salon brands "over the counter".
    brands like redkin, matrix, etc are all good salon brands.

    personally I prefer joico, paul brown, and kenra although I don't believe jcpennies sells them, I buy them from beauty supply store however you need to be licensed to shop at the one I go to for those products.

  • I like Tresseme and Finesse. If you want something to use as a deep conditioner, combine all the conditioners you have now with Aussie's three minute miracle. Awesome stuff and your hair feels great.
