  • fruits and veggies, potatoes, rice, you can sub soy milk in recipes. You can make your own chicken nuggets using potato chips as breading.

  • ther are a couple of brands out there that make a dairy free rice bread. One is Kinnikinnic. I don't know if it's egg free though... Here is a wheat and dairy free website.  YOu would still haev to read lables about eggs though...  There are several rice based cereals to and you can use soy or almons milk with them.

  • I'm not sure if this will be of help or not but I will suggest some foods and then you can eliminate what is not appropriate.
Because I am not sure if she is on whole foods or partially pureed, you can prepare accordingly.
Boiled or baked, without the skin chicken, or turkey. Smoothies made with fresh fruit and perhaps a protein powder that you have checked the label carefully on. Juiced carrots make a delicious drink, you can buy this fresh at your health food store or invest in a juicer.
These are just a few things off the top of my head. If I were you I would go to a well stocked reputable health food store with a list of what she cannot have and talk to the nutritionist about substitutes of things that she can have. This way you can rest easy that she is getting a balanced diet.
