  • Everyone ovulates at different times during the month. A good book to get "Taking Charge of your Fertility" You need to learn when you are ovulating to know that.

  • The average woman ovulates between 10 and 16 days after the FIRST day of her period. There are good ways to track your ovulation schedule, the PP mentioned a great book. I personally just used OPK and luck. lol.

  • Definitely read taking charge of your fertility. The so called average will be about 14 days BEFORE you next period starts. Learn how long your cycles are by charting. And also do some tracking with either the temperature method or the ovulation predictor test strips or by checking your cervical mucus or a combination of all 3. Good luck
