  • About a half a cup...depends on the size of the grapes. My g-kids are 6 and 7 I give them 10-12 at a time.

  • My WIC folder says a child serving is a 1/2 a piece of fruit or 1/2 cup cut fruit.

  • i dont know but i saw on the Today show a couple days ago that fruit is considered a 'free food' and that its ok to have unlimited servings if youre dieting or something

  • A tennis ball sized piece of fruit is one adult serving so I would thing about a 1-1 2/2 cups cut fruit or grapes.

  • I don't know...but to get an accurate calorie count, it's best to weigh the food with a scale.

  • I think fruits are based on weight rather than individual peices so I'm unsure.
