  • Yeah, I usually use K-Mart layaway for Christmas but any other time, I don't shop there. I think they are too expensive. I wish Wal-Mart still had layaway!!!

  • No, but I think this is the year I'm going to start on Christmas just so I'm prepared and its not a huge shock when December rolls around. Also, the stores aren't so crowded now so it would be a much calmer experience for me.

  • No. We never use layaway. If we can't afford it now, we don't get it. If it is a NEED, then we can't wait for layaway. We only spend what we can afford for birthdays, Christmas, and clothes. That means garage sales for clothes and anywhere from $5 - $25 for gifts. I guess I don't understand the concept of layaway. Just save your money and pay for it all at once.

  • My Mom does! So sometimes I ask her to grab something and add it to her layaway and I pay her for it

  • I would have to say "no".. Because I've never heard of it..

I don't even think there's a Kmart anywhere near me.. lol (no walmarts either.......) I think there may be one out in Beaverton.. But I very very rarely go to Beaverton.. If it's not in Downtown Portland, I don't need it.. LOL

  • No. I don't shop at Kmart, and I didn't know any stores even had layaway anymore.

  • Kmart by my house doesn't do it. Kinda pissed me off, they were really rude about it when I asked too!

  • Toys r Us is doing it with their large items this year, like bikes and stuff.
