  • I'd bet that the harnesses on that are only rated to 35 or 40 lbs. It is probably up to 80 lbs as a BOOSTER seat. It is really best to NOT buy a used car seat!

  • That is a safety 1st seat it looks like, I am pretty sure they only harness to 40lbs...it may booster past that but from what I have heard they make a horrible booster because you can not move the beltpath. Ask the ladies in the carseat safety group here on cafemom they will be able to give you a definate answer :)

  • here is a similar seat http://www.walmart.com/ip/Safety-1st-Vantage-Booster-Car-Seat-Tyler/13004566 it only harnesses to 40lbs and then boosters. I would recommend an evenflo maestro- harnesses to 50lbs - $80, a graco nautilus harnesses to 65lbs. $140. or a britax frontier 85 harnesses to 85lbs $275 if you are looking for a high harness weight seat.

  • It sure doesn't look like it to me. We use this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/Graco-Nautilus-3in1-Car-Bravo/8112222 for my son and it holds up to 65 lbs. He is 6 and uses it.
