  • used the bassinet and co-slept about a quarter of the time for almost 8 weeks and now shes in her crib in her room.....and Mommy gets lonely : ( ......she sleeps much better in there tho and i get a couple hrs to myself after she goes to bed at 8

  • I never had or needed a bassinet. The crib worked fine for us from the first night we brought both kids home from the hospital.

  • I used both. We co slept with hiim in the bassinet next to the bed. He used the crib for naps during the day.

  • My opinion, straight to the crib. So there is no transitioning, they are familiar with it right away.

  • i started my daughter in bassinet. From the day she came home from the hospital she slept next to my bed because i felt safer with her there other than another room and i could keep a eye on her check breathing and other things at about 2 months i moved her into her crib had no problem with the change
