take some warm milk and try to relax deeply during the day. at night on the job be careful whether you are in manufacturing or an executive, dont trip or anything. i taught cpr and drove to far away meetings all the way up to the end and i was very dizzy toward end. try to enjoy your pregnancy in the moments you can, the little baby in there deserves his or her special feelings from you. stress releases cortisol, a stess hormone they have stuidied to not be so good for a developing baby just keep an even keel. i fyou cant sleep due to physical reasons ask your doctor what they might recommend safely for sleep help but dont tsake anything off their list. stick to that. if there are peopel around at hom etell them you need to rest fo ryour health and the babys. the baby gets overworked if you get no sleep at all. even if our jobs are our life these days, dont jeopardize baby or life only for work. maybe tell your supervisor.
