My pee is very yellow....i drink only water unless I am sick. Drink more than the amount suggested for women.

I know it's gross but my pee is very yellow. I don't want to hear a lecture about my water intake cause I drink alot of water! Especially when I am always working outside....so can there be other reasons why my urine is yellow. BTW I don't drink juice and drink tea when I am sick.

  • I didn't know men and women were required to drink difft amounts.

Yellow is usually a sign of having held it awhile OR something in your system (like excessive vitamins)

  • They say what about 8 glasses a day... but if your drinking more than that and its that yellow I would have to say maybe you should ask the dr. I know mine is like that when Im taking my iron pills for being Anemic. So ask your nurse at the dr office and they may have some ideas for you or may even request to see you.
