Question for math savy cooking savy ladies:

I'm making pancakes and to make 14 from the Bisquick recipe it calls for 2 cups bisquick mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs. What would I have to do to use only 1 egg how would I alter the rest of the ingredients? Thanks so much!!
