Can stock be refrozen?

I have made some vegetable stock (by simmering the veggies and then taking them out) and want to freeze some. If i freeze it then use it to make a soup in a few days, can the soup be frozen?

  • I do it, whether it's good or not. I'd freeze in amounts that will be thawed and eaten though.
