Heating frozen food question..

When heating up previously cooked and frozen baby food, which has thawed over night in the fridge, do I have to heat it until its piping hot, then let it cool - or can I just warm it to the right temperature?

  • Just warm it up. You don't want it to overcook it.

  • I would say warm , you already cooked it before you froze it so it should be fine!
