My daughter is 19 , her boyfriend is 20 and tomorrow is their 3 year aniversary. His birthday is also in a week and she has bought him something she knows he wants for his bday, but she wants to buy him something more personal for their aniversary.

  • Ooohh kinda last minute...but I always like to make something for anniversaries. It's more personal, I think.

How about a large collage-style picture frame with a bunch of different meaningful pictures of them? You can photoshop them black and white ( I dont' know why, but I think black and white is more romantic) and put love quotes on them.

One time I filled my bf''s (now dh) entire bedroom with helium-filled balloons, too. that was fun. Or she can send him on a scavanger hunt,...leaving different clues to places that are special for them. The last place can be where they met and she can be waiting there. PM me if you want to brainstorm.

  • I'd go with a video game or something special he wanted for his car.
If you could maybe tickets to a soccer game or something..

any other advice I'm not sure you'd want to be giving your 19 year old, lol.
