What would you do?

If you had a doctor you liked but their staff was really rude? Would you complain or just deal with it?

  • Deal with it. They may make it impossible for you to schedule an appt if you complain about them. Maybe bring them in some cookies to sweeten their attitude.

  • I would let the doctor know... but the bad news is that the better the doctor the worse the staff!

  • I had a situation like yours and change doctor. Sadly we deal more with the staff than the doctor and those b***** always were screwing my appointment. I call the isurance and made a complain.
