  • DD was 3.5 months DS was closer to 6 months. My husband had no teeth until he was 13 months then he got 4 at once! Basically there are no rules... :0) It could be. Just keep an eye out for teeth buds or other symptoms that could be causing her appetite to be off.

  • my daughters 1st tooth was about 3.5 mos and she had terrible poops during it

my sons teeth were later, like 9mos til the 1st one erupted and came VERY quickly, all at once. He was in so much pain he didn't even want to drink

  • possibly. she could just be gassy or have a tummy ache. my son started teething at 2 months old. he got his first tooth at 3 months and has had 8 teeth since he was 8 months old.

  • My son has been teething since he was about 4.5 months old but he has never refused bottles because of it.. Could be something else- maybe her tummy. Reflux usually begins around 2 months so that could be another option. Just keep an eye on her and if she keeps refusing feedings, definately call her pedi (sorry to veer away from the question lol)

  • My first son didn't get his first 2 teeth until 3 weeks before he was 1...but he started "teething" around 4 months.

  • she probably just needs to burp, or may realize that the bottle puts her to sleep and she's tired but wants to explore the world instead. My son used to get soooo tired, but refused to sleep because he was a busy guy :)

  • melissa...usually about halfway thru the bottle i stop to burp her and after she burps then i try to get her to take the rest and thats when she decides shes done...so she does get burped...i guess she could need to burp more...never been a prob before tho....the one thing that has changed lately is the nipple...we switched to a faster one but she doesnt choke or seem to have a prob with it...could that b it?
