Can my 7 month old have red bell peppers in her food?

Not on their own, obviously, but cooked with other veggies and blended in portions?

  • Yes! They're a very healthy food, but unless you're buying organic or growing them yourself... They are one of the worst foods for pesticides.

  • Yea just make sure she does have something to drink. My 2 yr old eats green peppers and loves them :)
