  • I try to get the light off by midnight, but I'm usually in bed by 11 so I can read before falling asleep.

  • When ever I get so tired I can't stay wake anymore. Usually that's really way too late, about 3am. But it could be any where from about 9 at night to about 6 in the morning. I've always been bad about that, kind of a night person. I like the quiet.

  • it depends really, but usually around 11-12 pm, i enjoy my few hours alone with the DH while the kids are sleeping so staying up is worth it to me.
