I have a daughter and she is my only child, and sometimes i am unaware of when i should take her off of baby food and start to give her table food.

  • My daughter is 15 months old and completely off of baby food, by 12 months she was eating almost all table food.

  • If they are lookin at your food and doin the 'face'...start real food. Just no steak lol

  • u can start off with soft foods like mashed potatoes i would blend my babys food to make it like baby food from a can that worked for them i was scared they would choke on meats n some veggies like brocoli n corn lol good luck

  • It does depend on the child but some babies start on table food at 6 months. Babies do not need baby food. It's really what your comfort level is. How old is she?

  • If she's old enough to be eating baby food, she's old enough for adult solids. Start her with things like mashed potatoes, and then bananas, and work up from there. Increase her options as she tolerates it.
