  • Hi sandi361 !

Here is my age old recipe, but don't over saturate with liquids. This batter WILL BE very thick.
Mash 1 banana, old or new, does not make a difference.
1 +1/2 Cup regular baking flour
    2/3 cup of brown sugar
2 tsp honey ( or more to taste)
1 tbsp baking powder (TABLE SPOON)
    1 tsp baking s o d a. (TEA SPOON)
    1 full teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (or more to taste) opt.
3 tablespoons vinegar , wine flavored or apple cider or white
BAKE AT 350 for 1 hour checking depending upon type of oven. (?)
Poke with a toothpick and let set for 1 more hour
SLICE AND ENJOY with BUTTER !!!!!!!!!
